I am an Assistant Professor in School of Basic Medical Sciences at Xi’an Jiaotong University. Before joining XJTU, I completed my Ph.D. in Zhangsheng Yu’s lab at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where I developed method for rare cell type identification and subtyping of HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma) using (sc)RNA-seq transcriptome.
