I am a Assistant Professor in School of Basic Medical Sciences at Xi’an Jiaotong University. I completed my Ph.D. at Northwest A&F University, where I mainly engaged in single-cell tumor microenvironment analysis and computer-aided drug development. The main focus of my work is to understand the resistance mechanisms of immune checkpoint blockade therapy and to develop a synergistic combination strategy for tumor treatment.
